I want to eventually do a stability test on my product to ensure it is going to hold up and last. Could I buy a lab incubator for this? I read you’re suppose to keep your product at 45c for 3 months than that means it would be able to last 2 years.

It’s not an exact science but for our shelf life testing we use: 12 weeks @ 40°C for a one year shelf life and 26 weeks at 40°C for a two year shelf life.

In Perry’s article above he states, and again, this isn’t an exact science, but 8 weeks at 45°C being indicative of a one year shelf life.

Agreed - It’s not an exact science but certainly 45C for 3 months will not get you to a 2 year shelf life.
