  solubility of kojic acid dipalmitate and azelaic acid

  i am making anti-hyperpigmentation nano emulgel.

  i am using kojic acid dipalmitate (KAD) and azelaic acid

  i want your help in dissolving KAD WITHOUT isopropyl myristate, as it is comedogenic, and azelaic acid without isopropyl glycol

  please suggest a good solubilizer for these two and please mention the ratio too
