    I have been approached to make a knock-off similar to an existing product. Here is the INCI Deck;

    Water (Aqua), Sodium Silicate, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Acetyl
    Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylexylglycerin, Yellow 5
    (Cl 19140), Red 40 (Cl16035).

    Has anyone worked with Sodium Silicate and Magnesium Aluminum Silicate in combination? The product has a “bandage-like” consistency. Anu guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes it is. Also used in brewing to clarify beer. Commonly called “water glass.”

    hi we are doing the same in oz. Liquid glass can be very irritating for skin but it works at a high pH between 8 and 12!
