Sodium phytate %50 solution
Can i make %50 solution of sodium phytate powder in water and store it?
It is easier to use this way

The pH would probably be high, but I wouldn’t store it for long term use without a preservative, especially if your water is not sterile to start.

Is it correct that i mix sodium phytate with water and store it at pH>10 without adding preservative to it because this way it is easier to use?

@Abdullah I guess that is bad idea for many reasons
1)powder form is more stable
2)Diluate it will almost need preservative
3) chelating agent in powder form is really easy to work with it so there is no convincing need according to me to Diluate it. -
