soap base, lye, soap, fatty acid and alkaline
I have problem with soap manufacturing process. lab scale of this
formulation results in a good soap with high viscosity but it is not as
good and have low viscosity when produced in bigger scale.the formula:stearic acid 10%myristic acid 2%lauric acid 10%KOH 5.3%water 36.66%other ingredients 36.04%lab scale use propeller onlymanufacturing scale use propeller+homogenizer -> i tried to use both and only each of them still results in low viscositywhen it is produced with only propeller the final product appear like its not blended well and has low viscosity.please I need some advice and TIA
