I’m making soap bar with fatty acid. I am having a little problem. When I make the saponification reaction, the solution is a little thick. Therefore, it is difficult to step into the mold. I need to do with it. Reaction rate of 65%.

Use solvent like proplyn glycol

@ttk102360 I can see some corrections in your formulation, so i suggest to to eliminate stearic acid from formulation, it gives bad texture in soap (may in very low can be acceptable) . The concentration of lye is generally higher then yours used which is 20%

reduce stearic acid to 1-5%
