  • Small Batch Mixer for Lotion/Cream

    Hello,

Can anyone suggest a mixer that is good for a 100g batch?

Since I am new in making lotion/cream, I only want to make 100 g batch at a time. I have used a hand mixer but the blade didn’t cover fully into my emulsion.  The milk frother foamer is good for 100 gram batch, but it creates even more air bubbles than the hand mixer. My third option is a hand stick blender which is great for a larger batch but the blade is too big for my 100g batch.

Can you please point me to good a mixer for 100gram or less emulsion?

    Thanks in advance.

I don’t use it for making products. Only for testing new material or running formulas for the first time. It’s strong enough to mix many polymers that would require stick blender otherwise, but this machine isn’t fast. It’s main advantage is that it helps not to waste materials.
