  Skin-safe fragrance oil?

  I’m seeing some things marketed as being skin safe fragrance, but of course the INCI says just “fragrance.” What is usually incorporated in these to make them safe for use on the skin or in products without additional solubilizers?

  Fragrances are already safe for skin. When things are advertised as “skin safe” that is just a marketing gimmick that doesn’t mean anything new.

  It’s like saying “wet water” instead of just “water”
