Likely the Mg Chloride. Delete it…it is a placebo ingredient anyway. If you need it for claim, include it at .01%
If that doesn’t fix it…do a knockout starting with the bottom one…followed by the aloe.
Even HA is a well-known irritant if the dalton size is small enough.
You did not list rates…which is certainly not helpful at all. Even Niacinamide becomes an irritant at some point.
Also list pH if you want educated responses vs guesses.

Gluconolactone is PHA, a mild acid, not really likely the culprit here. What’s the concentration?
Niacinamide, maybe but it depends on the concentration again.
It could be your sensitivity to Phenoxyethanol, it’s common.
What’s the final pH? Is it perfumed?

10% Niacinamide, no fragrance but likely the preservative.

It’s best to dilute the suspected ingredients and patch test.

Have you tested a similar product with that amount of niacinamide? I used a cream for sun spots that have niacinamide at around 3-4%, and it was stinging at the start (in the instructions, they even mention that the cream can cause some temporary redness of swelling, which is common in niacinamide containing products). Now, 10% is quite a lot, and if the pH is low and it hydrolyzed to niacin, it could be even more stinging.

Yes Ive been using it for years. I think I added too much pe 9010. I added a little bit to the hyaluronatic acid that I make in advance and then I add it to the final mix.
