There’s many options. Many different kinds of plastic, some cheap and some expensive which are more resistant. Then glass, iron, aluminium bottles with all kind of different dispensers. The most expensive one I think is an airless dispenser, which is supposed to extend shelf life.

I’m using a DIY ascorbic acid, in a plastic 12mL spray. I make a new one every week. Will buying a glass bottle or airless dispenser improve my recipe in theory, or be safer?

Not likely in theory but easily tested via stability at 50C.
