    Hello everyone,

I am currently formulating a washing machine liquid and have encountered some challenges based on customer feedback. I would greatly appreciate your insights and suggestions.

    Current Formula:

    • 50 L of treated water
    • 8000 g of Texapon
    • 4000 g of Tanzaryl
    • 2000 g of COD
    • 2000 g of AB45
    • 1000 g of NP9
    • 400 g of Anti-Foam agent
    • 600 g of fragrance

    Issues Reported:

    1. Performance on White Fabrics: Customers are not satisfied with the cleaning results on white clothes. They report that stains are not being effectively removed.
    2. Fragrance Longevity: The fragrance does not last after the clothes are dry, leading to disappointment among users.

Thank you in advance for your help!

What’s pH? Might need a preservative.

Do you know which kinds of soils specifically ( ex particulate vs grease vs grass/wine/tomato) or was this across the board?

Fragrance longevity could be improved by using encapsulated fragrance along with oil, but you will need to ensure your system can uniformly suspend the encapsulates either from the nature of the system or including an additional suspension aid.
