This is the sort of information that you’d typically have to pay a consultant for. Mark @microformulations may be able to help you, or you could try posting on LinkedIn.

Bobzchemist, I’m looking for a manufacturing company, but a REPUTABLE one - perhaps in my haste I phrased this incorrectly?
-
Do you already have validated Formulations?
If so I would recommend talking with DavidW on here. Like for most of us he is pretty busy but he does great work.
-
@palanquin, finding a reputable manufacturing company to partner with that can produce every single product type you want, and then do everything to those products that you are asking for, and yet still will produce product in tiny (10 gallons) to very small (100 gallons) batch sizes is actually a lot of work. Most people would prefer to pay a consultant to do this work for them, and not the least of reasons is to have someone evaluating these companies who can reliably filter out the BS.
As an example, the company I work for (Beaumont Products) does some private label work, and a little bit of custom/contract manufacturing. From your list, we can currently produce/private label: shampoos, conditioners, body/hand lotions, and animal shampoos/cleaners. (If you’re going the full private label route (our formula, our packaging, your label) I don’t think there are any minimums. If we are custom-making batches, the minimum is 200 gallons.) But my point is - we don’t make everything on your list, and we don’t have tested/validated formulas, or tested/validated packaging, for those products we don’t currently make. Feel free to look at our website, http://www.beaumontproducts.com for the list of things we do make. Most manufacturers in the US are going to have similar limitations - they won’t make everything, or they have high minimums, or they have high prices, or they don’t fill/package, or they can’t scale up, or they will want you to pay for formula development and/or testing and validation, and on and on. It’s a big job to sort through all of this for all of the manufacturers, and also to determine what sort of compromises you are willing to make to reach your goals. If you don’t hire a consultant, you’ll have to do all that yourself.I’m going to add my recommendation for you to talk with @DavidW if you have formulations, and to still talk to Mark Fuller if you don’t. -
I’m also going to recommend posting your request on LinkedIn, particularly in the groups specifically for cosmetic chemists and formulators.Groups I’d suggest:All Natural Cosmetic ManufacturingCosmetic Formulation Technology & Development ProfessionalsSociety of Cosmetic ChemistsSociety of Cosmetic Scientists(Full disclosure: I manage the group “Cosmetic Formulation Technology & Development Professionals”)

We manufacture all natural products in NJ. I do not like to push my products but since there is a discussion, I can add that we have natural liquids and gels manufactured in NJ - thanks.

Thanks all - private label is what I am looking for to start with. Buy in bulk, bottled, packaged, labeled, sealed. Does that sound doable to anyone? I have looked at many and disregarded, either specializing in face, hair only, sell only in units for salons, contract only, bad formulations ( INCI classified carcinogenics), or hideously expensive. My market goes from basic to high end, naturally I’m starting with basic to minimize risk until we get established. Note: I come to this from the marketing end, not production or chemical, so marketing and artwork, bottles if required, are all ready to go.

For 10 gallons of product, manufactured and filled, of a formula to your specifications you are looking at an expensive proposition. Do you have your formulas already? From what your wrote it suggests that you have formulations and may just need fragrance and colors added. If so, I would be willing to quote you on any amount of units you want to order.
If you do not have your formulations already you can talk to Mark, Bob, Perry or any of the other fine chemists on here to develop for you. However, with over 13 different products you mentioned I hope you have financing in place to pay for all the development.
By the way, we have tons of experience with pet products too.
If you are interested send me your contact information and I will get in touch next week.

I have worked with DavidW in the past and he is very good. He is dead on though about needing Formulas or simply going Private Label.

Thank You all, I really appreciate your time.
Mark Fuller - eighteen months ago you put me onto a chemist in Australia, a VERY successful outcome.David W - Private label is what I am looking for.BobzChemist - I wish to heavens I known about a consultant!!! it would have saved me a great deal of research. The Company BS I a going to have to take a chance with. I discounted some after searching on Goggle Earth and finding a tin shed or an office block instead of a factory. I have a cosmetic chemist evaluating the products.Mayurdave- thankyou.I did add my email to the last post? I’ll try again. Perhaps it is not permitted? hq at designexau dot com.Thank you again for your patience. -
@palaquin I am glad it worked out. Feel free to send me a message so I know who did a good job. I get inquiries from all over the World and I like to have good sources and people to send them onto. Due to the differences in Suppliers and Regulatory issues I generally pass on any clients outside of the US. For example I designed a great cleanser for a client. He (unbeknowst to me) took it to India and couldn’t get any of the materials. It really pays to use someone regional.

David, I’m looking for a private label company, hopefully with the capacity to add various fragrances/essential oils.
