In a Shampoo with a blend of surfactants what is the minimum amount of SLES required to get thickened by salt?

    Available surfactants to blend are
    SLES
    CAPB
    Lauryl Glucoside
    Decyl glucoside
    Cocamide MEA
    Cocamide DEA

Can you source crothix? It solves problems with many of surfactants. PEG-150 distearate would be another option but it needs to be melted. Crothix is easier.

@Abdullah, try to do a salt curve analysis. Sir Perry, the Admin of this forum, posted an detailed instructions on how to do it. Here is the link

I followed it and was able to determine the desired amount of salt that I need.

    Cheers Mate!

@nikolatesla23 yes that is good and easy But it will save a lot of time if some one knows the minimum amount of SLES that is needed to be thickened.
Because i want SLES be there just to thicken the product, other surfactants for foam and cleaning.
