  revision roll-on formulation

  Hello to everyone. My first time at this forum. 2’m working on a roll-on formulation. I did  but it leaves white stain, doesnt prevent sweat and doesnt dry immediately. What do you think I can change in the formula?
  aqua %63.00
  propylene glycol
  hydroxyethylcellulose
  glycerin phenoxyethanol&ethylhexyglycerin 
  alumınıum zirconium trichlorohydrex
