    I am trying to make a pearl cream which should contain high pearlness. I am using stearic acid.palmitic acid, koh ,coconut oil ,tio2, but didn’t get Pearl ness. cream gets pearl nature after one year that is my problem . can u tell me proper % age of ingredients

    That’s not a cream it’s a soap.

    Well if you leave out 90% of the ingredients and don’t inform us you’re trying to copy a product, what kind of reply do you expect?

    If you want a pearlized effect … add either Glycol Stearate or Glycol Distearate at approximately 3% … that will give you the pearlized effect.

    I m using stearic acid -15% , coconut oil - 3% glycerin - 4% ,koh-3%, perfume 1%, titanium dI oxide - .5% ,MPs 0.2%,pps 0.02% aloe extract -2%, neem extract - 1% ,cucumber - 1% , haldi extract - 1% . that is my formulation I want to make that cream as a pearl cream I tried a lot of trials but I didn’t get success . please tell me in this formulation what I have to use .and % of ingredients is accurate or not

    You have to make fluffy, light cream for getting Fair N Lovely texture. 4% of Glycerine would make you cream heavier and i don’t understand the role of coconut oil here. It look like a shaving cream base (Soap). Also reveal pH of final product. I thing you may want to prepare vanishing base for which u have to do need knock out experiments. Mostly in vanishing cream, water separates out or it gets harden because of high solid contents and uncompleted saponification.

    I have tried a formula in which I used stearic acid- 3% cetosteryl alcohol 8%,cetomacrogol 2%,light liquid paraffin -5% and herbal extracts qs but this experiment didn’t succeds

    Try to add polymers for stabilization and pearliness.
