  Propylene Glycol as a solvent for Glycolic Acid powder

  Propylene Glycol is not listed as a solvent for Glycolic Acid powder from my search online but I was able to dissolve the powder in Propylene Glycol after heating it. Is there a reason why it’s not included as a solvent for Glycolic Acid?
