I am making soap base face wash with fatty acid .
the problem is, when I put the sample in room temperature its transparent but when I put it in little bit cold temperature about 10-15 degree Celsius its become freezed and looks like a white paste. after freezing when I put it again in room temperature its melt slowly and again become transparent as before
in our region average temperature is 5-20 Celsius in month of December and January
    formulation is:
    palmitic acid      0.5%
    lauric acid           12.5%
    myristic              2.5%
    potassium hydroxide      5.13%
    CAPB                    6%
    acrylate copolymer        10%
    water to make 100

please help me to resolve this problem, how can i control its freezing point.
    thanks for reading

@UsmanAli It might be the case that not all of your fatty acids are completely neutralized. By the way, what’s your final pH?

The problem you are experiencing is called the “cloud point.”
To solve it you have to find a way to reduce the cloud point of your system. Typically, this is done by adding some glycols.

Propylene Glycol is not in your ingredient list.  But if 5% is in there, then you need to add more.
