    Hi

I am working on a pressed powder foundation which I expect to have a smooth and
silky feel and these are the ingredients:

Talc, zinc stearate, dimethicone, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, mica, Iron oxides, parabens

     My first problem
is that when I increase the percentage of the dimethicone, the pressed powder
becomes so stiff and solid like a stone and whenever I decrease dimethicone,
the press powder does not stick enough to each other and still it does not have
    enough silky feel.

(I mix the powders in a
blender then add dimethicone and after extensive mixing, pressed them.)

    I will appreciate any
    suggestion.
