Pre-glove lotion formulation
There are a few types of ‘pre-glove’ lotions which also claim to be static dissipative for use in clean rooms for handling circuit boards.
What are the properties of a lotion that would lend itself to this function?
Here are a few examples:

* https://rrlotion.com/product/32oz-ic-pregloving-fragrance-free-lotion/
* https://www.techspray.com/zero-charge-esd-lotion-7
They all seem to be a combination of propylene glycol, a thickener, and an emulsifier. Is there any magic to this that I am missing?
