    Do you know what was the pH or preservative in these products? 

    I couldn’t find it in google and in “smartlabel” website they don’t mention any preservative in ingredients list.

    Same thing happened here in Peru, where Clorox recalled many contaminated Poett bottles. My guess was that probably a film forming bacteria in manufacturing pipes caused the issue. The worse thing is that this happened during the initial months of the pandemic. Now, whay I told my peers is that Clorox spotted it because they are always testing, but that many more brands in the market probably had the same issue, buy they don’t test as much (or at all).

    Thanks!  And 2 years later, the same issue is US with same bug/species .  That’s a disappointment for Clorox.  Wonder if their regional folks talk to one another?

    @PhilGeis - Hopefully, it’s not because the big “natural brand” they bought is having a negative influence on the rest of their brands.
