Pods for Body Wash but formula needs to be anhydrous
I have a client who wants to formulate an anhydrous body wash that can be compatible in a water-soluble pod. Basically, when it comes into contact with water, the PVA film dissolves, allowing the body wash to lather. The only problem is that I need to be able to formulate without water to ensure integrity of the pod. Any ideas on how to go about this? What could the anhydrous solvent be?

I do not believe you’ll be able to make an anhydrous formula that foams in the way you describe
