I’d like to register my interest in that too, although the vegan customers might all run away screaming…

I guess you want to unconsciously alienate some potential users.
There are vegan alternatives. You may want to consider plant stem cells. -
Actually i just want to know because in Vietnam , many people use it ..

Here’s a pretty interesting write-up of the history of placenta used in cosmetics.
The marketing spin was that the placental ingredients could “provide rebirth of the skin, thus enabling the skin to remain in the ‘bloom’ of babyhood; … would provide one with a younger appearance and with a look that was ‘incredibly younger’; … would provide both a softening effect and a tightening effect on the skin; … would overcome the effects of age on the skin, ‘age signs around the eyes and mouth’ and wrinkles; and … would impart a youthful elasticity to the skin which would banish the drying, faded look of age.” -
Does it work? I haven’t noticed any placenta products in the market.

Does it work? I guess that depends on what you want it to do. It’s likely a humectant and has some potential moisturizing ability. But it’s highly unlikely that it’s going to “provide rebirth to the skin”.
I believe it’s just a marketing gimmick. -
I think in the old days it was human babies. Now it’s probably cows or pigs.
