  Pigment & Pigment Milling Resources for Nail Polish?

  Hello!
  I have not had too much luck when searching for more in-depth information on milling pigments, or even just working with pigments in nail polish formulations. Could anyone direct me towards any resources they found helpful?

  Specifically, in polish formulas how to avoid TiO2 marbling or what causes TiO2 marbling would be helpful.
