  Phase separation in a fabric softener batch.

  Greetings to all the members.

  We have a batch of fabric softener which shows phase separation. We have used FentacareTEP90 from Solvay and HEC along with colorant and fragrance. What could be the reason for this phase separation ?

  What I contemplated is that the batch was stirred for a very long time which could be the reason for this phase separation.
