  PEG 20

  Please help… i want to make facial toner,
  60ml sandalwood hydrosol
  30ml witch hazel extract 
  15ml aloe vera gel
  2.5ml veg glycerin 
  7 drops lavender oil
  i want to add PEG 20 and optiphen plus.. but dont know how much i have to add.. help me please

  Why do you want to add PEG-20? You’ve got already glycerol as humectant, why add a PEG too?

  I think if i add PEG when i want to use, didnt need to shake…

  Do you mean Polysorbate 20 a solubiliser? I have never seen PEG-20 a humectant on DIY market.

  Indeed it should be an emulsifier there. It is most likely Polysorbate 20.
