  Olivem 1000 Vs. CreamMaker natural green coffee

  Anyone has experiences on emulsifier Olivem 1000 and CreamMaker Natural Green coffee?
  Can you share with me? I would like to thank in advance any comments

  c12-18 alkyl glucoside, glyceryl stearate, cetearyl alcohol
  Those are what’s really doing the emulsification. The rest is marketing puff.

  Thanks Mr. Belassi. I bought CreamMaker Green Coffee and tried it. Very disappointed.

  I actually use glyceryl stearate and cetearyl alcohol and have perfectly fine results. Soaping can be controlled with a little silicone such as Polytrap 6500 (dimethicone petrolatum)
