Oil soluble sweetener (Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate ?)
I’m looking for an oil soluble sweetener to be used in lip balm.
This is the only things I’ve found so far, after searching for many many hours:

… thick, pale-golden liquid is derived from liquorice …https://sweetcakes.com/product_info.php?products_id=227&osCsid=dpbs6gafueshlik5fose5itpp7
… thick, pale-golden liquid is derived from licorice …
They seem to get their product info from the same source.
They never mention any INCI. Could it be stearyl glycyrrhetinate?
Here is a site that describe stearyl glycyrrhetinate as a sweetener:
https://www.myskinrecipes.com/shop/en/anti-irritant/1271-stearyl-glycyrrhetinate.htmlIs stearyl glycyrrhetinate a good choice? Does it smell like liquorice?
Xylitol?
I dug this up with WAYBACKMACHINE:
https://web.archive.org/web/20201125231926/https://weldental.com/products/xylitol-lip-balmI’ve seen xylitol in lip balms before so I’ve tried to incorporate it by grinding it down into an extremely fine powder but the concentration has to be quite high for it to actually taste sweet and it impacts the viscosity of the formula IF you even manage to get it to suspend evenly and keep it suspended while the mixture solidifies.
Aspartame and acesulfame K is not really an option because I don’t like the taste of it. It seems hard to incorporate as well: https://www.saveonscents.com/skinesscentuals/Sweetener.htm
If stearyl glycyrrhetinate is a good option, do you have any suggestions on where I could buy it? I live in Sweden.
