    Hello great guys

I need a surfactant which is soluble in oils in a form that could make a cold process cream just by adding cold water

You need blend with HLB of 10.5:try CreamMaker fluid from Making Cosmetics HLB 11.Believe you can add directly to oil phase-level ?? maybe 3% or higher

Just use Sepinov EMT 10, it’s an emulsifier and thickener. It can handle a lot of oil and can be used cold process, just make sure you emulsify it with a high sheer mixer.
