Non-PEG Solubilizers For Vitamin E Tocotrienols?
I am incorporating Vitamin E Tocotrienols into an aqueous serum and the best performing solubilizer I have used thus far is Laureth-23. But, I am trying to stay PEG-free. Any suggestions? The Vitamin E Tocotrienols are in a Palm Oil base and is the only oil in the formulation at 0.5%.

The one from Symrise has sodium chloride and a mix of surfactants so if your serum has any carbomer type thickener I suppose it won’t work though I have never tried it myself. -
