  Non-Aerosol “Dry” Shampoo

  Has anyone previously formulated a decent non-aerosol dry shampoo? Client has requested a finger pump rather than aerosol. If so, any tips would be greatly appreciated! I’m thinking a combination of rice starch and kaolin in a 50/50 water/alcohol base, but open to any ideas or suggestions.
