Ok so I think I need help understanding this. I understand niacin when taken internally becomes niacinamide. Can you buy just niacinamide? Is nicotinamide the same thing? What’s the difference between the three? And the most important what’s the best one to put in a shampoo? Also not sure if this is the place to be posting this im new

You need to explain what you mean with “best”.
cheapest? most stable?. If you expect a benefit for the hair in a rinse off product - none of the three will most likely have any.

Yes, what do you want the Niacin to do in your hair product?

@David is correct. In a rinse-off product it doesn’t much matter which you choose since none of them are likely to do anything.
