I have a biosurfactant that I want to check the antimicrobial activity. It turns out that it does have antimicrobial activity, and now I want to know how to neutralize the antimicrobial activity of the biosurfactant. Unfortunately no research has done it and it’s recommended to do dilution of the product to neutralize the antimicrobial activity. Does anyone have any recommendation on the neutralizing agent towards biosurfactant or should I follow the dilution rule? My biosurfactant works best at 350 ppm and starting to lose its antimicrobial activity at 25 ppm
