  needle-like precipitate in liquid soap with NaCl, SLES, CocoDEA CocoAPB

  Why in liquid soap manufactured in bulk 600 liter have formed needle-like  precipitate , but in small 1 liter glass - not ? Folmula of soap - 5% SLES, 4% of Coco amynoprpopyl betaine, 1,5% Coco diethanolamyde and as thickener  agent 2 % NaCl
