  Need help with the hand sanitizer

  I’ve been trying to make hand sanitizer with the help of IPA and Carbopol 940…
  it’s getting foggy all the time how to get rid of that white fog?

  Try Carbopol Ultrez-20 or Ultrez-21.

  Neutralizing with what?? Think @Microformulation posted a lubrizol link showing best neutralizers for certain percentage of alcohol.

  Also, ethyl alcohol smells much less than IPA does, and it’s usually less drying.
