  Need help with the eye gel formula

  Made eye gel with the below formula. the gel turned out to be stable and has a smooth , light texture. so i need know if this formula would be effective on under eye darkness and puffiness

  Phase A

  Aqua – 83.5%

  Propanediol – 3%

  Sodium Gluconate – 0.2%

  Fision hydrate – 1%

  Phase B

  Caprylic Capric Triglyceride – 4.5%

  Sea Buckthorn Oil – 1%

  Lecigel – 1.8%

  Phase C

  Alpha Glucosyl Hesperidin – 2%

  Noni Extract – 1%

  Papaya Extract – 1%

  iscaguard peg – 1%
