Need Help for Deodorant Making
I have a huge doubt that has to be clarified. I Want to setup a Aerosol plant and have planned to manufacture non alcoholic Deodorant.
I have the following ingredients with me - BHT, Triclosan, Cyclopentasiloxane,Aluminum Cholohydrate, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Triethyl Citrate, IPM, IPP, Propylene Glycol, Zinc Gluconate, Isopropyl Alcohol.I want to create a 150 ml non alcoholic Deodorant spray. With net content of 100 g
Now the formulation is as follows :-
ACH , Zinc Gluconate, IPP,Propylene Glycol,TEC, Cyclopentasiloxane.
But the problem is, since there is no ethyl alcohol that is being used, there is a layer of separation between the ACH and the Silicon fluid.I have tried another formulation that is Cyclopentasiloxane, Zinc Gluconate, ACH, Alkyl Benzoate, BHT, Triethyl Citrate, IPM/IPP, But there was still a separation layer between the rest of the mixture and the ACH - Zn GlUconate, by later of separation I mean, the ACH and ZN Settle at the bottom, the rest float On top of it.
1)Could you please suggest a solvent that would correctly mix all of these ingredients
2)solvent that would dissolve Aluminum Cholohydrate in the Silicone mixture.
3) which is better to use Ipm or IPP
4) how much grams of propellant has to be filled in it
5) if not please suggest a formulation wrt 100g.
