Need formulator for skin cream in the southwest
I have a sample of an aloe based skin cream that I want formulated for me. It would also be a plus to be able to at least make the initial sample runs with the same person or company but not necessary. I have an ingredients list that I could send to you.

I used to own a contract packaging/private label company in California and am a highly experienced formulation chemist. I can formulate your aloe skin cream if you provide a sample and ingredients’ list. I am in the SE, but can transact business via UPS, email, phone. I no longer have manufacturing facilities, but there are several contract packagers in California.
