  Hello

  wondering if anyone has stumbled upon any oil soluble ”naturally derived” lip plumping ingredients?

  other than peppermint oil, cinnamon leaf etc.

  @cossci21, You may want to try L-Arginine for this purpose.

  Probably not safe from a FDA standpoint to try to sell this in the US…

  Hi hmm interesting L Arginine would never have thought of a Amino acid!

  Will look into the regulations out here
