    Dear all,

I have a new project of creating a nail repair/serum. I need to have high quantity of oils but need to dissolve some water based active ingredients.

I already tried a formulation leading to creamy gel with Cosmedia Ace but can take up to 25-30% oils and I am not happy with the outcome.

I am new with oleogels. Is there an oil thickener product that can emulsify a small quantity of water phase ? I came across with Sucragel series that need to investigate but  would appreciate if someone has any suggestions to help me start-up and source ingredients more easily. Ideally cold-phase processing but not a must.

My most reachable suppliers are BASF and Clariant, could not identify any ingredients close to what I want form them.

    My base formulations is
    vegetable oils at least 50%
    Water phase
    Thickener/emulsifier
    Tocopherol
    Tocopherol Acetate
    Hydrolysed Keratin/protein
    Allantoin
    Panthenol

Ideal viscosity is low, like thin gel-to- milk lotion

    Thank you in advance
