  ***Nail Polish Formulating***

  Hello Everyone, 

  I am in the works of starting my own nail polish line and want a custom water permeable formula for my line. I am looking for a chemist/formulator  who is experience in this field and to help me create a custom formula.  Also I am located in California so if you are nearby that would be helpful but if not no need to worry.   Try looking in the industry magazine websites for a custom manufacturer. Nail polish is classified as extremely flammable, and some components are considered explosives, so specialized equipment is required.
