Together with my partner, I developped a new formulation for a new kind of Shampoo.
It was tested by one of my clients and he wanted that I sell him the formulation. He want to use it in his manufacture to produce this specific shampoo.
This is the first time I am facing this kind of things and I don´t know how much money I have to request to him to reveal my own formulation for that shampoo.
    Please, could you advice.

That’s more of a financial/legal question.  I can say we typically sell our formulas anywhere from $6,000-15,000, but there are plenty of ways to handle it.

Our price is for a fully finished, tested formula that has shown no issues in safety or stability. Make sure you outline what you are selling carefully.

Yeah, it depends on a lot of factors.  Some people might charge as much as $25,000 or as little as $500. I guess ultimately the answer is charge as much as the client is willing to pay.

IMO you can charge more if you include supplier contacts and cost estimates with your formula.
