Anyone has tried to mix propylene glycol with vegetable oils or mineral oils .
Please let me know how to go about it. I want transparent oily liquid. So I do not want to use surfactants which may give creamy or opaque mixture.

Propylene glycol is insoluble in mineral oil and most vegetable oils.

I’ve not checked but it may be soluble in castor oil.

    Try polybutylene glycol instead.
