    Greetings.

I’m currently working into a powder detergent forma laundry ussing methyl Ester sulphonate.

They currently formulation price/quality based in patents And documentation arround internet is :

    Soap (palm derivated) : 20-30%
    Stpp: 20-30%
    MES: 20-30%
    Sodium perborate: 4%
    Sodium metalsilicate 4%
    CMC: 0.4%

They conposition varies mainly for they diferent prices for they same raw material foun in our country , they objetive is to make a detergent that performs Well without ussing expensive equipements like Labsa spray drying tower.

I’m ussing a powder mill to homogenize they particle size of all they compounds, but i’m getting a conglomerate paste.

I Made the powder milling all they components Alone thinking that the remaining humidity of the soap could be the problem but ir becomes powder verte quickly And it was dry to the Tact. But when all ingredients we’re mixed the lumps were found.

I would appreciate any suggestion on the fórmula, And hint for they reaction that i found.
