• Marketing (again)

Maybe I should ask Perry if he would like to add this as a category…
Well. This site here is obviously going to be one of our first targets for our new shampoo, the coffee and licorice one, which has now eclipsed our other two shampoos. If you take a look, you can see that they are implying that they can deliver anywhere in the USA within 2-3 days using USPS. I have some urgent questions if you can help:
    1. Does the USPS carry liquids such as shampoos? The Mexican post won’t.
    2. What’s the legality of this? Suppose for instance someone in the USA sees our Web site or Facebook page and wants to order a shampoo. Can I just send it over the border without worrying?

Maybe they manufacture it in Florida because it appears part of “Produlife” wow what a name (tiny print at bottom of page)

I would say put these discussions under ‘starting a cosmetic line’.  If we get enough of these we could start a cosmetic marketing category.

    1.  Yes, the USPS does allow shipping of shampoos. http://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52c4_017.htm

    2.  I don’t know. I don’t think so. It has to follow US labeling at the very least.

I have asked this question as I do a great deal of EU work. The bottom line is that you must comply with the Regulatory guidance of any market in which you sell you product.
