    i have an ingredient list but don’t know how of each to add? or when to mix in that ingredient? do i let these 2 ingredients sit then add in this ingredient? etc.

    Ingredients: 
    Aqua, lsoceteth 20, Paraffinum Liquidum/Mineral Oil, Glycerin, Oleth 2, Propylene Glycol,Olea Europaea Fruit Oil/Olive Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Fruit/Shea Butter, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oii/Jojoba Oil, Cocos Nucifera Oil/Coconut Oil, Persea Gratissima Oil/Avocado Oil, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract/Rosemary Extract, Equisetum Hiemale Extract/Horsetail Extract, Glycine Soja Oil/Soybean Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia Leaf Oil/Tea Tree Oil, Panthenol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, lmidazolidinyl Urea, Benzophenone 4, Parfum/Fragrance, Benzyl Benzoate, d-Limonene, Lilia!, Linalool, Methyllonone Gamma.

    Second hair product ingredients:

    @shawna2 You are basically asking to do a job for which people are charging $3,000 to $6,000 (or more if it’s a contract manufacturer) for free. Not gonna happen.

    There is so much wrong with your request that it’s hard to know where to start. So I will just comment on a couple of things:
    1. You have obviously posted the LOI from commercial products. It would have been a good idea to identify them.
    2. You have not even said what these products are supposed to do.
    Let me give you an analogy. I am a retired broadcast engineer. Suppose you presented me with a huge box of components and said:
    “I have a 4CX5000A, a 200 microhenry inductor with a current rating of 50 amps, 3 capacitors of 10nF and working voltage 2KV, (follows, a list of 100 components.) … Please draw the diagram of how to build an AM radio transmitter.”
