    Hi

    Iam making this formula

    10% glycolic acid

    2% salicylic acid

    40% propylene glycol

    3% glycerin

    1% phenoxy ethanol

    0.3% sodium hyaluronate

I Am dissolving salicylic acid in propylene glycol with heating

In separate container I’m adding sodium hyaluronate with water until it dissolve.. then i add everything gradually

Once i try to adjust the ph ( with tri ethanolamine or sodium hydroxide)

It thickens and form a gel

What is wrong in this process and how to fix it
