    Does anyone have experience as to which would be better/more stable to use in an aqueous serum formulation?  Literature from BASF says about Sod. Ascorbyl:
    When formulations were kept at 40deg C they became discolored after 2 months.

    I have used the SAP and gotten a stable product. I believe we added Sodium metabisulfate.
