Machine for filling very thick gel/wax (COLD PROCESS)
Hi. I am doing Cold Process and getting trouble while filling very vicious gel/wax/pomace products. Some products are sticky and hard to go through my ordinary filling machine.
What other possible machine I could look for?
- Sausage filling machine?
- syringe filling machine? (I find it difficult to find)
- other…?

@hobbiz Moving to heating is a solution.

Look into the aftermarket for a Simplex single-piston mechanical cam drive (not air drive) filler. Lots of them out there in North America. And, heed Fekher’s advice: go to hot-fill.

Thank you. I can not just choose hot-fill, already have one.
This is our cold process one to save energy.
