  Looking for cosmetic/skincare/hair care formulator to launch natural hair product.

  Hello,
    I am looking for cosmetic formulators who can help me with formulating a natural hair color using herbs that can pass all the FDA regulations,provide stable shelf life with skin safe ingredients.
  Also looking for contract packaging of the same.
