Sorry for the off-topic topic but I reckon people here will know.
I have a side project making a green tea energy drink powder, quite affordable at 30 cents/serving and without the jitters caffeine alone can give (I’m a slow caffeine metabolizer and can’t drink coffee unfortunately).

It works wonderfully and tastes good, but not amazing, who do I hire to consult on this project?

in my view your best bet is to consult a fragrance house that does flavours too - to the best of my knowledge, there are very few (if any) consultants in this field

Agreed.  Although you might contact Steve Herman. http://www.stephen-herman.com/

I’ve used Weber Flavors on a couple of projects.

Thanks ya’ll will contact them. Also seems like most sizable supplement manufacturers have “flavor chemists” in-house, which would probably be the most affordable option.

Hey Zink, you may consider contacting Lorraine’s Flavor oils and extracts, she does extracts and oils from bubblegum, to coffee flavor, to wintergreen, buttered dough, see what bulk options might be available on extracts. As her oils won’t solubize.
    Warm Regards
